Lippy has been coaching since he took the inaugural Transformative Coaching Course offered by Haraya in the Philippines. He is a Coach Supervisor for Coach Masters Academy (CMA) in the Philippines, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). 

A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Strengths Strategies Certified Specialist, he believes in discovering and supporting the growth and development of the people and teams that he works with.  Lippy also believes in developing habits and systems to repeatedly produce results, also facilitating FranklinCovey programs, best known for the 7 Habits for Highly Effective People Programs.

I am introverted. I’ve always been labeled as a shy, quiet and weird person. Being in marketing for 8 years, where fast and frequent talkers are mostly valued, being an introvert can be tough.  For some time, I tried to fit in, tried to be perfect but I was never at peace, it was draining.

Over the years, I’ve learned to embrace my uniqueness and my failures. I’ve learned to be “me”. I’ve learned to accept failures are a part of life and my own processors are way different than others. God created me for a unique purpose that only I could fulfill. I was made fearfully and wonderfully complex. That gives me peace and confidence to face the world and finish the race set before me.

Today, I help people through coaching, unearth their true potential, help them become more aware of their internal state and reactions to things and see life from a different perspective, view peace in a different lens and experience what it is like to be their imaginable.

Marge is one of the Certified Coaches of Haraya Coaching and works as their HR and Admin Manager. She is also a Certified Associate Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation. Marge got her Coaching certification in Coach Masters Academy (CMA). Apart from her coaching practice, she is an active group leader of a Christian organization and serves in one of its ministries.

Being a Life Coach, Marge supports individuals and teams unearth their true potential, who have challenges crafting their purpose, knowing oneself, having confidence in what they do and concerns with work-life balance.

In addition to her corporate clients, she also helps individuals with questions on their faith and spirituality. She mentors people on how to bear witness to friends and family.

Nature is one of the Managing Partners of Haraya Coaching and is concurrently a Vice President and Head of Service Culture and Strategy Communications for a telecommunications company, where she champions the company’s Purpose program and leads culture and customer experience transformation initiatives. She is also the resident Yoga teacher and mindfulness proponent.

As a corporate executive with over 20 years of experience, she brings her value and skills in strategy, consultancy, program management and communications, while integrating her coaching and mindfulness practice in the workplace.

Because of an early wakeup call, having gone through pivotal life changes and an illness in her early twenties, she believes that the human spirit has the capacity to overcome challenges and everything is possible with grace. She is a mother of two, a strategist with a heart for people, a cancer survivor and, true to form, loves her namesake and poetry.

Nature lives life to the fullest, across her many roles, with cheerfulness, courage, and compassion. She continues to live her purpose of shining light and sharing her vast life and work experiences to support individual and organizational wholeness, joy, and wellbeing.

His professional experience has taken him from managing the operations of a family owned Garments Manufacturing & Retail business, to starting up a Customs Brokerage company and growing it to include Freight Forwarding Services, after which he led the Sales Team of a local garments retail Operation, and completing his career is a 13-year stint with a Direct Selling Multinational company.
Throughout his professional career, he has gained a lot of experience and skills from his various Leaders, Mentors and Coaches who prepared him to lead, conceptualize, develop & implement Customer Service & Business Improvement processes, as well as Coaching and Training programs for managers and teams. He has also successfully executed operations strategies that supported the company in achieving its vision and objectives. After more than 25 years, armed with his strong communication, management and leadership skills, he left the corporate world to pursue a different path and pay forward by sharing his knowledge through Training & Coaching as a Managing Partner of Business Hat, Inc.

Lea had two decades of corporate experience in supply chain management as a Supply Chain Executive and Consultant for multinational companies in the manufacturing, consumer and direct sales sectors. Outside the corporate environment, she has more than 10 years of experience in retail and franchise business operations having supported her family business as operators of fuel service stations and convenience stores.  Currently, she has business ventures in real estate, food, wellness and paper recycling.

Her passion for coaching emanates from the desire to make a valuable contribution to the world and mankind.  Lea’s heart for service and volunteerism is seen in her active participation in Community Relations coaching initiatives of ICF Philippines, she is also a volunteer coach for a non-stock profit organization and serve as Pilgrim lead helping in the mission of bringing more people closer to God.  She believes in the related work of coaching and spirituality.

I love it when I am given the precious honor to witness someone in their current state, the mess, the challenges, the courage, the acceptance and the power that unfolds right in front of me in a coaching conversation. It is often this powerful and real experience of seeing ourselves and being SEEN and HEARD in our vulnerability that creates an opportunity to unlock courageous actions towards a more liberated and fully self-expressed life. I get goosebumps, and excited at the thought of what is available for my clients in that very moment and where they are going next! Cecilia is one of the Managing Partners of Haraya Coaching and works as a Life and Leadership Coach with a variety of clients. She is Director of Training for Coach Masters Academy (CMA) in the Philippines and is currently the Internal Coach for Canva Solutions Inc. in Manila. Next to her coaching practice she manages a garments company with her sister.

Knowing what it feels like to put your aliveness on “pause” and be stifled by fear has made Cecilia fiercely dedicated to support people break through their masks and barriers and reclaim their power and wholeness. It has drawn her to courage, shame and vulnerability work and she is currently a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Candidate of The Daring Way™, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
