Lea functions as a coach for the Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN), coaching staff from various United Nations (UN) organizations, and Fostering Executive Leadership, a US-based executive coaching firm partnering with leaders of their global clients. She is a certified People Acuity Strength Specialist and has certification in the use of MindPrint assessment tool.

Lea is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) under the international certification program of Institute of Supply Management, the first & largest non-profit professional supply management organization worldwide.
Expertise in Supply Management
Lea has gained expertise on Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Operations after having more than combined twenty (20) years of corporate stint as a Supply Chain Executive and Consultant in the manufacturing, consumer, and direct sales industries, serving local, regional and global markets of top multinational companies such as Avon & Merck.
Outside the corporate environment, Lea has more than ten (10) years of experience in Retail / Franchise business operations, having supported their family business as operator of Caltex gasoline service stations and 7-11 convenience stores. Currently, she has business ventures in real estate, food, wellness and paper recycling. For Haraya Coaching (Business Hat Inc.), she has partnered in transformational coaching work with executives and staff of key clients, such as Ayala Healthcare, Globe Telecom, Rustan’s Supercenters Inc., Yellow Cab, IDP, Generika, Mañosa Properties, MedChoice Pharma Inc., Maersk, Ford Academy, Pioneer Insurance, Mary Kay and Republic Cement, to name a few.
Apart from managing Haraya Coaching (Business Hat, Inc.), She’s also actively serving as volunteer in various organizations, Coach for Genius Creation Mastermind Alliance, a non-stock non-profit organization that provides group coaching and support system for its members to help them achieve their life goals. Pilgrimage Lead for the Pilgrim’s Center by Executive Resources Inc. supporting its mission to bring more people closer to God.
Lea’s diverse experience is aligned with her innate drive of empowering and inspiring individuals and teams to bring about meaning in their personal and professional lives through learning and coaching. Making her own purposeful choices to manage balance in all her life areas primarily focused on family – being a supportive wife and mother, wellness, personal development and spirituality.
Education & Training
A Licensed Chemical Engineer from De La Salle University and resource Instructor for Philippine Institute of Supply Management (PISM), Lea values continuous learning, growth and evolving oneself having gone through various conferences and developmental trainings on leadership and coaching with renowned mentors like Jack Canfield and Tony Robbins, to name a few. She completed the course on Integrative Functional Nutrition and Aromatherapy under the Wellness Institute International and is now in the process of completing the requirements on becoming a Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
